I’m Esther Uzoamaka Okoloeze, the creative behind this idea and your fellow in taking ownership and winning against the odds.
I used to be a laid-back, chronic procrastinator until 2024, when I went to work for a global multinational nonprofit. My role as a program officer did a good one on me but also helped me see my flaws as a creative.
After I quit my enviable job, I decided to become fully committed to intentional living as a faith-based writer and creative builder. And most importantly, I decided to be more committed to my assignment as a builder in the African creative industry.
The journey took me through many professional training to become a certified brand experience manager from Orange Academy, completing a rigorous business analysis program, running a fellowship to get a feel of what other creatives struggle with, and currently pursuing my Masters in Business Administration.
What I teach and do inside School of Growth are experiences and processes that I have gone through at different seasons of my creative career in the last twelve years. My journey has changed my outlook on building career systems that help make growth possible for others. School of Growth is where I help other creatives start betting on themselves and leading as God intended.
